This site has been prepared by Consultants and their associates who have been associated with projects for the last many many years. The associates are at present serving in various banks, financial institutions, are practicing Chartered Accountants and project Consultants throughout India because of which they have access to latest projects and technologies.

The authors and their associates have been instrumental in promoting a large number of projects all over India. Many of these projects have been with foreign collaborations with World leaders. Nearly all the States are offering Capital Investment Subsidies, Sales Tax incentives, and a host of other concessions like power tariff concessions, backward area benefits, income tax exemption benefits in certain districts, special benefits to NRIs, etc. Some States offer special incentives to thrust area industries, resource based industries, employment oriented industries, women entrepreneurs/ war widows, those from SC/ST, ex-servicemen etc. The Sales tax incentives have been withdrawn by allmost all the States under directives of the Central Government to have a unified Sales tax structure from 30th April, 2000.
