You should send:-

1. Details about your unit in the given format so that they are easily understandable by entrepreneurs.

2. Complete details about the dues of the

   • Financial Institutions, 

   • Electricity board, 

   • Sales Tax, 

   • Excise, 

   • Customs

   • Income Tax

   • State Government

   • Land revenue

3. You should clearly mention everything about the assets like:

   • What is their condition, 

   • whether they are in running condition, and 

   • what is your estimate of their cost.

4. You should clearly state as to what do you want from the new promoter. Whether you want him as a new partner/share holder, or you want to withdraw completely, or you want to be a minority partner/share holder, or  you want to be a majority partner/share holder.

5. Please state all your conditions etc which you want to be displayed on the site.
