1. Product : Hybrid Micro Circuits (HMCs).

2. Capacity : 0.5 Mn.Nos.

3. Technology : Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute (CEERI), Pilani has developed thick film technology and can be obtained from it.

4. Market : Demand expected during 2009-10 is HMCs worth Rs. 500 crores, where as production and also the licenced capacity is estimated to be just about Rs.100 crores.

5. Land and building : 2000 Sq. Meter & Constructed area 500 Sq. Meter.

6. Plant & machinery : Major machinery are CAD equipment and software screen printers ,thick film furnaces, laser trimmer, Die-bonder and wire bonder, Reflow soldering machines. Hermetic sealing machine, leak detecter, plastic detecter, plastic coating machine,lead attachment equipment etc.

7. Raw material : Substractors, Conductor Paste (Gold), conductor paste (Pd.Ag) Resistor Paste (various resistivites), Adhesive (conducting), Adhesive(Insulating), Hermetic Packages, Semi-conductor devices, chip capacitors, cleaning chemicals etc.

8. Estimated Project Cost : The estimated cost of the project is Rs.300-500 Lacs depending on the different applications.

9. Manpower : Managerial/Engineers. --   8,  Technicians           --  30, and Unskilled workers         --   5

10. Utilities :Electricity -- 100 KVA.
